Records of employees with records of working hours


The program is used for keeping records of employees and records of hours worked.
The program includes the following features:

  • Record keeping for several companies,
  • Printouts registry books of workers,
  • Information about worker are divided into logical units for the sake of clarity.
  • Updating Records with entry level based on level month - worker - day
  • Possibilities of applications recurring rules. Predefined rules can be joined to workers. For example, the rule defined "single-working time: Saturday, Sunday and holidays are non-working ", all workers for whom it is associated with the rule will update all operating hours for the month opens.
  • Printouts diary records of working hours
  • Printouts a part of elaboration hours on OP forms of payrolls.
  • Printouts of selected workers or all workers.
  • Printouts of unfilled lists records of working hours.

The free version can be downloaded by completing the required data in form.

Download the program and its use are free, with the fact that unregistered version has some limitations:

  • opportunity to work for one company
  • possible to keep records only 30 days

The program can be registered with the three sets of functionality, cost of the program depends on a set of functionality that is registered:

  1. Records of hours without personnel records. Reduced fund of data on workers, where there is no registry book of workers. Functionality records of working hours is complete. Price version is 550 HRK + VAT
  2. Personnel records with no records of working hours. Keeping personnel records with complete set of data on workers. Records of working hours is not possible. Price version IS 550 HRK+ VAT
  3. Records of hours worked with personnel records. Both functionalities are fully enabled.
    Price version is 880 HRK + VAT
