Fiscalization


   All fiscalization taxpayers are obliged to implement fiscalization to circulation of cash to obtain a production application certificate which is in the process of fiscalization used for electronic signature for elements of an account and to identify fiscalization taxpayers when electronic data interchange is used.

  IT company that will work for the establishment of a fiscalization taxpayers can not get , on behalf of the taxpayer fiscalization,  production application certificate, ie. a production certificate application should be asked by the taxpayer of fiscalization.

How to obtain a production application certificate for fiscalization?

   A prerequisite for a production application certificate for the need of fiscalization is that fiscalization taxpayer should be registered in the PKI system. If the fiscalization taxpayer is already using some of FINA digital certificates, that means that the registration to system PKI was already done.

  In this case, the taxpayer of fiscalization needs only to submit the documentation necessary for a production application certification for fiscalization.
  If the taxpayer of iscalization has not been the beneficiary of any FINA digital certificates, it is necessary to register a business entity submitting the required documentation to one of the  Registry Office of FINA .

Business registration (fiscalization taxpayers) in the PKI system

   Procedure for registration or issuance of the certificate application is regulated by law, and shall be implemented in Registration offices of FINA handing required paperwork.

To register a business entity must submit the following documents:
  • Decision on registration in the relevant register (the body which it is established)
  • Notice Central Bureau of Statistics about classification according to National Classification of Activities and identification number,
  • copy of the identity card of authorized representative person of a business entity.
It is possible to deliver a copy of such documentation.

The procedure for issuing production applicative certificate

For the issue of the production applicative certificate must be delivered the following documentation:
  • An application for the issuance of the applicative certificate for fiscalization - 1 copy,
  • Service contract certification - 2 copies,
  • Copy of ID card of person who will be guardian certification.
All necessary documentation can be delivered to your nearest Registration Office in FINA.

Production applicative certificate are issued for a period of 5 years, after which the certificate is to be reconstituted.
  Production applicative certificate FINA will begin issuing the adoption of the Act.
Remark: Soon it will be enabled for fiscalization taxpayers improved version of submission ways which includes electronic forms and electronic filing of documents for the issuance of the certificate application.
